I'm Rachel, an Online Business Manager with a thing for Operations and Project Management. Nice to meet you!

I help creative entrepreneurs optimize and manage their backend business operations, allowing them to fully dedicate their time to the creative work that lights them up.

How did I end up here? I kicked off my career working as an Operations and Project Manager for fast-paced NYC based fashion and beauty brands, until 8 years (and a pandemic) later, I knew I wanted something more. That year, I started Rachel Stays Home and began using my expertise to help Designers systemize their businesses and work smarter. After just two months after starting my business, I said buh-bye to my 9-5 to focus on transforming my clients' businesses full-time.

Outside of nerd-ing out over systems, I love finding treasures at vintage shops, decorating and DIY-ing the heck out of my apartment, cuddling my fluffy cat: Cat Bop, and traveling the world with my husband.
